Doors open at the event time. Checking in starts 10 mins prior to doors opening. Show starts 30 mins after doors open. Show lasts approximately 60 mins.

It is open seating. VIP Tickets get choice of reserved premium seating closest to performance.

There are no refunds after ticket is purchased. However you may change dates of ticket if requested at least 48 hours before date of original show purchased for.

There is a bar and restaurant located in the Castle Hotel if you want to arrive early and have a bite! We are also located right behind Cafe Tu Tu Tango and 1 block from ICON Park for many additional food and drink options for a wonderful night.
